It looks like the cult thriller 28 Days Later, which has given a big boost to the zombie genre in the past, will indeed be getting a sequel. And original director Danny Boyle and screenwriter Alex Garland are returning to work on it. The sequel will be called 28 Years Later, and the tandem of Boyle and Garland are hoping it will kick off a new trilogy.
