About 60 people are believed to have died in a Russian bombing of a rural school in the Luhansk region in eastern Ukraine, the region’s governor said Sunday. Governor Sergei Gaidai said on Saturday afternoon Russian troops dropped a bomb on a school in Belogorovka where about 90 people were hiding, starting a fire that engulfed the building.
