A tentative deal reached in Gaza to release several hostages and suspend hostilities
Israel, the US and Hamas have reached a tentative agreement to release dozens of women and children held hostage in Gaza in exchange for a five-day pause in fighting, the Washington Post reported by sources familiar with the situation. However, both Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US officials said no agreement had yet been reached.
