A 13-year-old American has become the first to beat Tetris, forcing the classic Nintendo video game into a “kill screen”. Willis Gibson, known by the nickname Blue Scuti, said “Please smash!” as he placed the puzzle pieces to cascade down the screen, and moments later got his wish when the game froze.
