ADB approves $450 million loan for Philippine health programme
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $450 million loan to the Philippines to finance a universal health care programme, the multilateral lender said in a statement on Wednesday. The loan will help “the Philippines strengthen health policy reforms and further improve Filipinos’ access to medicines and health services,” the ADB said.
