An Alabama woman with a rare birth defect that causes her to have two uteruses gave birth to healthy twin girls. Kelsey Hatcher and her husband Caleb welcomed Roxi Layla and her sister Rebel Laken at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Hospital.
