Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz got back on the right track in the ATP Finals with a victory over a jaded Andrey Rublev before Daniil Medvedev became the first player to reach the semi-finals with a win over Germany’s Alexander Zverev. Alcaraz cruised to a 7-5 6-2 victory to revive his Red Group hopes after he started the game with a defeat to Zverev.
