Attorneys in New Mexico have softened manslaughter charges against actor Alec Baldwin over the death of cameraman Galina Hutchins. The item on the use of firearms as an aggravating circumstance was excluded from the indictment. Prosecutors said they did so to avoid further litigation with Alec Baldwin.
