China’s Alibaba said Friday it has agreed to pay $433.5 million to settle a U.S. class action lawsuit filed by investors accusing the e-commerce giant of monopolistic practices. Alibaba denies culpability, saying it went to the settlement to avoid costs and disrupting further litigation.
