Apple has filed a lawsuit against the EU’s Digital Markets Act
Apple has filed a lawsuit challenging decisions made by the European Commission under the recently adopted Digital Markets Act, according to a report from the Court of Justice of the European Union on ICS. The tough new legislation targets 22 “gimmicky” services operated by six tech companies – Microsoft, Apple, Alphabet, Google, Amazon, Meta and ByteDance’s TikTok.
