Apple intends to appeal the European Union’s decision to include the entire App Store in the new digital antitrust list, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. According to the report, the iPhone maker’s appeal is still in draft form and could be amended by 16 November, when the deadline for appeals to the EU General Court expires.
