AstraZeneca to pay $425m to settle Nexium and Prilosec dispute in US

British drugmaker AstraZeneca said Tuesday it will pay $425 million to settle product liability litigation against the prescription-only acid reflux drug Nexium and heartburn drug Prilosec in the United States.
