At least 10 people have died as a result of flooding caused by heavy rains in the southeastern Turkish provinces of Şanlıurfa and Adiyaman. Flood water carried away cars and debris, and flooded the basement and basement floors of some buildings, turning roads into rivers in the centre of Şanlıurfa.
