At least 500 residents of Kharkiv were killed in the war with Russia

The Emergency Situations Service of Ukraine’s eastern region, Kharkiv Oblast, said on Wednesday that at least 500 residents of the city of Kharkiv were killed following Russia’s February 24 invasion. Russia denies that it has targeted civilians.
