Barbara Baldavin, who appeared in three episodes of the original Star Trek series and reappeared in Medical Center, has died. She was 85. Baldavin died Sunday of congestive heart failure at her Manhattan Beach home, her son Marc D’Agosta told The Hollywood Reporter.
