U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has arrived in Israel to show support following the deadly Hamas attacks over the weekend. Mr. Blinken is expected to push for the release of hostages kidnapped by Hamas, some of whom are Americans. He will also call for restraint and safe passage for Gaza civilians ahead of a possible Israeli ground offensive.
