Animated films continue to be the box office heroines thanks to Despicable Me 4 and Inside Out 2. DM4 remained at the top of the domestic box office in its second weekend with $44.7 million from 4,449 theatres. Elsewhere, Longlegs had the biggest opening for an indie horror film in a decade with $22.6 million at the box office.
