British health agency warns measles outbreak could spread
Britain’s public health agency has warned that a measles outbreak in central England could spread to other cities if urgent action is not taken to boost vaccination. There have been 216 confirmed cases and 103 probable cases in the West Midlands since 1 October last year, mostly in children under 10.
