British lawmakers give their backing to assisted dying bill
The British Parliament backed a new bill to allow assisted dying. 330 lawmakers voted for and 275 against the ‘Terminally Ill Adults’ bill, which would give terminally ill and mentally competent adults with six months or less to live the right to choose to end their lives with medical assistance.
