Bulgaria has reported an outbreak of bird flu

An outbreak of bird flu at a poultry farm in southern Bulgaria has led to the culling of livestock, the country’s food safety agency said. An industrial farm in the village of Bogdanitsa became the seventh since December to be struck by highly pathogenic avian influenza type A in the southern part of the Balkan country.
