CEO of messenger Telegram Durov arrested in France
Pavel Durov, the Russian-French billionaire founder and CEO of messenger Telegram, was arrested at Bourget airport near Paris on Saturday night, TF1 and BFM TV channels reported, citing unnamed sources. Durov was flying aboard his private jet, TF1 TV said on its website, adding that he was arrested in France on a warrant as part of a preliminary police investigation.
