Christian Bale and Bradley Cooper are in talks to star in an espionage thriller titled Best of Enemies. The film will be about the Cold War period and will focus on two spies: one from the KGB and one from the CIA. Both try to recruit the other by forcing him to betray his country. Bale and Cooper will play the roles of these two agents.
