Croatia adopts its first euro budget

Croatia, which will join the eurozone on 1 January, approved its first euro budget, with an overall deficit target of 2.3% of gross domestic product based on projected economic growth of 0.7% by 2023. The budget was approved with 77 votes in favour and 50 against in parliament.
