Daniil Medvedev wins and begins title defence in Dubai

Reigning champion Daniil Medvedev scored a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Kazakhstan’s Alexander Shevchenko on Tuesday in the first round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships.
