Big Seven companies prepare to lose $1 trillion in value
Apple and Nvidia led a sell-off in technology stocks due to fears of a US recession and Berkshire Hathaway. High-performing shares of Alphabet, Amazon, Meta Platforms, Microsoft and Tesla fell as much as 12.2% in pre-market trading. Losses in the Magnificent Seven’s stocks would wipe nearly $1 trillion off the companies’ combined market value.
