Brookfield is considering a $7.4 billion bid for Spain’s Grifols

Canadian fund Brookfield plans to offer about $7.4 billion for Spanish drugmaker Grifols, news website El Confidencial reported. Brookfield is considering offering 10.5 euros per share in a takeover bid, below Grifols’ closing market price of 11.125 euros.
