Canada confirms its first case of clade I mpox

The Public Health Agency of Canada on Friday confirmed the first case of clade I mpox in Canada in a Manitoba man. The Public Health Agency of Canada said the travelling case is linked to an ongoing outbreak of clade I mpox in Central and East Africa.
