Cybersecurity firm Wiz cancels $23bn deal with Google
Israeli cybersecurity firm Wiz has ended talks with Google, terminating a $23 billion deal in what would have become the US tech giant’s largest-ever acquisition. Wiz’s CEO said the company will now focus on an initial public offering and aims to achieve annual recurring revenues of $1 billion.
