Daniel Brühl will play the role of fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld in Kaiser Karl for the Disney+ streaming service. Filming is currently underway in France, Monaco and Italy. The six-episode series follows Karl Lagerfeld’s rise to the top of Parisian haute couture in the 1970s.
