The European Commission has approved the $14 billion acquisition of network equipment maker Juniper Networks from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The Commission said its investigation had concluded that the deal would not substantially lessen competition in the markets for wireless LAN access points and equipment, campus Ethernet switches and data centre switches.
