EU cuts planned duties on Chinese Tesla electric cars to 9 per cent 

The European Commission on Tuesday reduced a proposed tariff on imports of Tesla cars made in China and said some Chinese companies working in joint ventures with EU carmakers could get lower planned punitive duties on Chinese-made electric vehicles.
