J.K. Rowling and Elon Musk have been cited in a criminal complaint filed with French authorities for alleged “aggravated acts of cyberbullying” against Algerian boxer and Olympic champion Imane Khelif. Nabil Boudi, Khelif’s lawyer, confirmed to Variety that both figures were named in the complaint.
