Johnny Depp has revealed which stars he beat out for his big screen role in Tim Burton’s Edward Scissorhands. During an interview in Tara Wood’s docuseries about Burton, the actor recalled that stars such as Tom Hanks, Michael Jackson and Tom Cruise wanted to play the film’s hero.
