Matthew Richardson will not be allowed to return to the Australian cycling squad in the future, governing body AusCycling said on Monday after investigating the cyclist’s switch from Australia to Great Britain. English-born Richardson changed his international commitment to Great Britain in August, days after winning silver in the individual sprint and keirin and bronze in the team sprint at the Paris Olympics.
