South Africa’s Nortier has been ruled out of the series against Pakistan 

South African fast bowler Henrich Nortier’s injuries continue and he was ruled out of the remainder of the Twenty20 series and three one-day internationals against Pakistan on Thursday as a strong line-up for the 50-over format was announced.
