Spain launches largest peacetime disaster relief operation: death toll rises to 214
The deadliest floods in Spain’s modern history have killed at least 214 people and dozens are still missing. It comes four days after torrential rains hit the eastern region of Valencia, Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said on Saturday.
