US bond ETF launches up 50% from last year’s levels

Bond-focused exchange-traded fund launches nearly doubled from last year’s levels in 2024, driven by expectations of interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve. Nearly 120 bond ETFs have been launched so far this year, up from 79 at the end of September 2023.
