US salmonellosis outbreak linked to cucumbers is under investigation by FDA and CDC
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are investigating an outbreak of Salmonella typhimurium infection in several states linked to cucumbers, the agencies said Monday. The outbreak has been linked to U.S. cucumbers grown by Agrotato, SA de CV in Sonora, Mexico.
