The death toll from a landslide in China’s Yunnan province rose to 20 on Tuesday afternoon as rescuers battled freezing temperatures and snow to find dozens of missing people. Rescuers worked through the night raking deep mounds of earth at the landslide site in Zhenxiong County, state-run China Central Television reported Tuesday.
