Danish drugmaker Novo Nordisk was disappointed that the Dutch government was advised not to cover its hugely popular weight-loss drug Wegovy in the country’s basic insurance. The Netherlands Institute for Health Care said it was unclear whether the health effects of Wegovy were significant enough to offset the costs of the drug.
