US pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly is planning to invest a single-digit billion-dollar sum in a new plant in western Germany. The project will be fully funded by the pharmaceutical giant, which has seen growing demand for its diabetes drug Mounjaro, which is now also being misused for weight loss.
