Comedy ‘James’ wins at Oldenburg Film Festival

James, a Canadian comedy about a stolen bicycle, won the German Independence Award for Best Film at this year’s Oldenburg Film Festival. Director Max Train’s film follows the main character who goes through a rough patch and assembles a racing bicycle, transforming his life in the process. When the bike is stolen, James goes to great lengths to get it back and delves into Vancouver’s criminal underworld.
