European Council President Antonio Costa and EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas arrived in Kiev on Sunday, using the first day in their new posts to send a message of support for Ukraine in its war with Russia. Their visit comes as Ukraine faces uncertainty over US policy towards Kiev when Donald Trump takes office next month.
