Hurricane Beryl moving toward Jamaica threatens Haiti and the Dominican Republic

Hurricane Beryl hit Jamaica on Wednesday, becoming a powerful Category 4 storm. It flattened homes and destroyed farmland on small islands in the eastern Caribbean Sea, killing at least three people.
