Sri Lanka’s telecoms regulator has granted a licence to Elon Musk’s Starlink to provide satellite broadband services to the country. Last month, Sri Lanka’s parliament passed a new telecommunications bill amending legislation for the first time in 28 years and paving the way for Starlink Lanka’s entry into the country.
