Torrential rains flooded homes, businesses and roads on the popular Greek resort island of Rhodes, forcing authorities to temporarily ban the use of vehicles as storm Bora lashed the country for a second day. On Saturday, one man died in flash floods that hit another Greek island in the northern Aegean.
