Uruguay election heads to run-off vote
Official presidential results in Uruguay showed that centre-left candidate Yamandu Orsi will face conservative Álvaro Delgado in a run-off next month, as neither candidate won the majority needed for a victory. Of the 60% of votes counted, Orsi had won 41.5% of the vote and Delgado had won 28.69%.
