EU climate divisions foreshadow proposed COP28 challenges

At COP28, climate ministers from the 27 EU countries agreed to push for environmental agreements. These include phasing out CO2-emitting fossil fuels, tripling renewable energy production and halting the construction of coal-fired power plants.
