European Super League back in the spotlight after landmark ruling

UEFA and FIFA violated EU law by preventing the creation of a Super League, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has ruled. While organisers of the new league welcomed the ruling, major leagues and clubs were quick to support the status quo.
