Everton boss Dyche calls for sanctions to be applied in the off-season
Everton manager Sean Dyche has said sanctions for breaches of financial rules should be applied during the off-season to protect competitive integrity. Everton were fined 10 points for breaching Premier League rules on profit and sustainability, but the penalty was reduced to six points following an appeal.
